Yes, we ship internationally. We have partnered with leading Indian & International shipping provider to handle your order in best possible way for safe & fast delivery.

No, we offer free shipping on every item purchased through our website. 

We know – no one likes to pay for shipping (us included!). You expect your products to reach you safe and sound, timely, and free of shipping charges. Well, we hear you, which is why we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders – no minimum order amount required.

All orders are shipped within 7 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 2-10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location within India and 7-20 working days for deliveries outside India.

Please note: The delivery timelines above are indicative only. Since we rely on our logistics partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/sms notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications :-

  • Email order confirmation.
  • Text message order confirmation.
  • Email with tracking details and Invoice once the product is shipped.

India: Listed prices are final and all tax included

International: There are extra duties and local taxes applicable, depending on the custom laws of respective countries. You have to pay it to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. For more information, kindly get in touch with us at sales@kalakritiagra.com.

Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.

RETURN REFUND AND CANCELLATION

In INDIA, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy, i.e., you can place a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, so long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags intact.

However, there are certain exceptions to this policy wherein we will not be able to process a return and refund your money:

  • Certain products for which the product page explicitly states as No Return/No Replacement or etc. We recommend you read the product-specific return policy on each product’s page on our website.
  • Any returned item that is received in damaged condition, or with parts missing, or is not in its original condition.
  • Any item where the return request is initiated more than 7 days after delivery. 
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during Sale events or using discount codes are not eligible for refund or exchange.

We offer a reverse-pickup service for many, but not all, pin codes. 

If your pin code is not serviceable, don’t worry. You can still return the product(s) by shipping them to us at. In such cases, restocking fees will not be charged.

We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you have received a damaged or incorrect product in INDIA, please submit a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Once the refund request is approved, we will you provide free replacement / refund as applicable. Please mention your order number when you reach out to us.

For international orders, All our products are fully insured. The insurance can be claimed by the client from the insurance company directly by completing the due process. In case of any assistance required through this process, our team will be happy to help! 

  • First, immediate intimation of any defect or damage through email with order number, delivery address, specific reason of request and images or other proof of defect or damage product.
  • Submit a return request to initiate the return process. 

If your location is eligible for a reverse pick-up, our courier partner will provide you with a date and time for the pick-up. Otherwise, please arrange for the product to be shipped to us at M/s Kalakriti Agra, Taj East Gate Road, Agra 282001. (U.P.)

  • Once your return is received, our operations team will inspect each product and approve the refund. Please allow 5-7 days for the processing of returns.
  • Once the return is approved, replacement or refund as the case may be will be processed in the following manner:

Replacement: The replaced product shall be dispatched with 3 days of approval and shall reach you as per our shipping, delivery and dispatch policy.

Refund: For prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment which will reflect in your bank account with 5-7 working days from approval of refund after inspection from our end.

For cash-on-delivery orders, you will receive a store credit in the form of a discount voucher that will be valid for a period of 1 year on future purchases. 

Please note: The entire value of the discount code must be consumed in one single order, and it cannot be applied across multiple orders.

For Prepaid Orders

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days of approval of the refund.

For Cash on Delivery Orders

You will receive a store credit in the form of a discount voucher that will be valid for a period of 1 year on future purchases.

Please note: The entire value of the discount code must be consumed in one single order, and it cannot be applied across multiple orders.

Finally, please note that only the product cost (less restocking fee, if applicable) will be refundable. Costs related to shipping, COD charges, custom packaging, etc. if applicable will not be eligible for a refund.

It usually takes 20-25 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund.
