1.Delivery of non-essential goods is not allowed in designated containment areas. We request you to check the status of your delivery location before placing the order.
2. Delivery may take longer than usual. There could be a possible delay of 24-72 hours in dispatch and delivery within India and around 10-15 days delay outside India. We appreciate your patience and understanding in case our courier partners are unable to deliver your package because of dynamic police containment in an area. Delivery will be re-attempted as government guidelines allow.
3. We will be accepting Prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery will be unavailable in certain pin codes to promote contactless deliveries and they shall be resume in future. Kindly check the availability of Cash on Delivery before placing an order.
4. Given these unprecedented times, our highest priority continues to remain the safety of customers and employees. We and our courier partners have enforced precautionary measures at our warehouse including social distancing and regular sanitisation. We strongly recommend that you take the following precautions during and after delivery:
- Limit interaction with the delivery person –Request the courier delivery executive to place the package at a safe distance from your door, and ask them to maintain a safe distance as you collect the package
- Do not open the package for 24-48 hours
- Sanitise the package as well as its contents with a disinfectant.

We provide free shipping worldwide for all Prepaid orders and for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Cash on Delivery is available only for selected product categories and in selected pin codes within India.
Order Delivery & Dispatch Policy:

Our Customer Care & Warehouse team works rigorously to ensure that we are able to bring a smile to your face. Our team perform multiple rounds of quality check and ensure that we deliver you your ordered styles in perfectly packed QC checked condition in the least possible time.
We strive to dispatch your order in the earliest possible time however certain products are finished and customised as per the customer requirements from our artisans and hence in few cases the dispatch timelines can extended up to 2 weeks. We will update you regarding the dispatch & delivery status of your order via Email & SMS.
Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-10 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India and 7-20 business days for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may sometime cause delays, however please be rest assured that our Customer Care team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to your orders delivered at the earliest.

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner’s website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Customs and Import Duties on orders:
We don’t charge/collect any additional Taxes or Duties for orders which are meant to be delivered in India.
